Commercial Hunting Licenses and Permits

Trapping, buying and selling animal furs and other wildlife-associated business requires special commercial licenses available through the AGFC. These actions are tightly regulated, as overharvest was the downfall of many wildlife species in Arkansas before the AGFC was established.

Commercial Fishing Licenses and Permits

Fishing, selling fish for profit and other wildlife-associated business requires special commercial licenses available through the AGFC. These actions are tightly regulated, as overharvest was the downfall of many fish species in Arkansas before the AGFC was established.

Commercial Fisherman’s Permit and Sport-fishing License (CFS)

Wildlife Management Businesses

Additional licenses and permits are required for persons interested in the wildlife management business. These include falconry, alligator or alligator snapping turtle commerce or farming. Call 833-345-0325 during business hours for information about these licenses or permits.
