Kirsten Bartlow, Watchable Wildlife Coordinator, will present “Surveying Wildlife Viewers in Arkansas”. Nick Feltz, District 10 Fisheries Management Biologist, will present “Using Technology to Modernize Estimating Fishing Effort”.
