You are hereby notified that Commissioners of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AGFC offices, 2 Natural Resources Drive in Little Rock.

| 9:05 a.m. | Research Review Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 9:30 a.m. | Regulations Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 11 a.m. | Budget Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 11:30 a.m. | Lunch in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 12:30 p.m. | Property Management/Oil and Gas Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 1:30 p.m. | Education/IT/GIS/Communications Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 2:30 p.m. | Intergovernmental Relations Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 3 p.m. | Personnel/Governance Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 6 p.m. | Social function at The Oyster Bar, 3003 W. Markham St. in Little Rock. |
| Thursday, Sept. 19 | |
| 8 a.m. | Attending short briefing with deputy directors Chris Racey and Chris Colclasure in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 9 a.m. | The regular monthly commission meeting will be held in the AGFC auditorium. |
| 1:30 p.m. | Attending the Arkansas Hunting and Fish Week, and National Hunting and Fishing Day proclamation signing in the Governor’s Conference Room at the Arkansas State Capitol. |
