You are hereby notified that Commissioners of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AGFC offices, 2 Natural Resources Drive in Little Rock.

| 6 p.m. | Dinner at the home of Bill Bevis in North Little Rock. The dinner is sponsored by the Arkansas Wildlife Officers Association. |
| Wednesday, May 15 | |
| 9 a.m. | Call to order. |
| 9:05 a.m. | Guest speakers. |
| 10 a.m. | Regulations Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 11 a.m. | Intergovernmental Relations Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 11:30 a.m. | Lunch in the AGFC director’s meeting room. |
| 12 noon | Property Management/Oil and Gas Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 12:45 p.m. | Education/IT/GIS/Communications Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 1:15 p.m. | Personnel/Governance Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 1:30 p.m. |
Budget Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. Following the committee meetings, budget presentations are scheduled for the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 6 p.m. | Dinner at the home of Commissioner Ford Overton in Little Rock. |
| Thursday, May 16 | |
| 8 a.m. | Attending short briefing with Director Pat Fitts in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 9 a.m. | The regular monthly commission meeting will be held in the AGFC auditorium. |
