You are hereby notified that Commissioners of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AGFC offices, 2 Natural Resources Drive in Little Rock.

| 6 p.m. | Dinner at Petit and Keet, 1620 Market Street in Little Rock. |

| 9 a.m. | Call to order. |
| 9:05 a.m. | Guest speakers. |
| 9:20 a.m. | Regulations Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room.. |
| 10 a.m. | Property Management/Oil and Gas Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 11 a.m. | Education/IT/GIS/Communications Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 11:15 a.m. | Budget Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 11:30 a.m. | Lunch in the AGFC director’s meeting room. |
| 12:30 p.m. | Personnel/Governance Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 6 p.m. | Dinner at Brave New Restaurant, 2300 Cottondale Lane in Little Rock. |
| Thursday, Jan 17 | |
| 8 a.m. | Attending short briefing with Director Pat Fitts in the AGFC Auditorium meeting room. |
| 9 a.m. | The regular monthly commission meeting will be held in the auditorium. Following the commission meeting, staff presentations are scheduled for the AGFC director’s conference room. |
