You are hereby notified that Commissioners of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AGFC offices, 2 Natural Resources Drive in Little Rock.

| 7 p.m. | Dinner at 109 Main, 109 E. Main St. in Batesville. |
| Wednesday, July 18 | |
| 10:30 a.m. | Touring the Jim Hinkle Spring River State Fish Hatchery in Mammoth Spring. |
| 6 p.m. | Dinner at Josie’s Steakhouse, 50 Riverbank Rd. in Batesville. |
| Thursday, July 19 | |
| 9 a.m. | Breakfast with Batesville area community and business leaders at the Batesville Community and Aquatics Center, 1420 20th St. in Batesville. |
| 10 a.m. | Regular monthly commission meeting in Room B of the Batesville Community and Aquatics Center, 1420 20th St. in Batesville. |
