You are hereby notified that Commissioners of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AGFC offices, 2 Natural Resources Drive in Little Rock.

| 10:30 a.m. | Regulations Committee meeting at the H. C. “Red” Morris Training Center in Mayflower. |
| 11 a.m. | Property Management/Oil and Gas Committee meeting at the H. C. “Red” Morris Training Center in Mayflower. |
| 11:30 a.m. | Lunch in the at the H. C. “Red” Morris Training Center in Mayflower. |
| 12:30 p.m. | Budget Committee meeting at the H. C. “Red” Morris Training Center in Mayflower. |
| 1 p.m. | Intergovernmental Relations Committee meeting at the H. C. “Red” Morris Training Center in Mayflower. |
| 1:30 p.m. | Personnel/Governance Committee meeting at the H. C. “Red” Morris Training Center in Mayflower. |
| 4 p.m. | Attending Stone Prairie Wildlife Management Area dedication near Mayflower. |
| 5:30 p.m. | Dinner at the Stone Prairie WMA dedication site near Mayflower. The dinner is hosted by The Nature Conservancy. |

| 9 a.m. | Regular monthly commission meeting in Little Rock.
Immediately following the monthly commission meeting, the Budget Committee will meet to review AGFC division budgets. |
