You are hereby notified that Commissioners of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AGFC offices, 2 Natural Resources Drive in Little Rock.

| 10:30 a.m. | Attending the proclamation signing of National Hunting and Fishing Day in the Governor’s Conference Room at the State Capitol. |
| Tuesday, Sept. 19 | |
| 9 a.m. | Attending AGFC Employee Appreciation Day at Sherwood Forest in Sherwood. |
| Wednesday, Sept. 20 | |
| 8 a.m. | Touring Jack Mountain Wildlife Management Area in Hot Spring County. Following the Jack Mountain WMA tour, commissioners will visit the Andrew H. Hulsey State Hatchery in Hot Springs. |
| 11 a.m. | Comments from Sammy Angel on proposed baitfish regulation at the College of the Ouachitas Lecture Hall Room A309 in Malvern. |
| 11:15 a.m. | Attending Education/IT/GIS/Communications Committee meeting at the College of the Ouachitas Lecture Hall Room A309 in Malvern. |
