Trout Waters

Many of Arkansas’s premier trout fisheries are below large dams.

Conditions in the waterbodies above the dams help dictate how much water is released from each dam. For current generation conditions, anglers can call the phone number on the tailwater map for the waterbody they’re interested in visiting. These tailwater maps are included for each waterbody on the pages below.
