Imagine catching alligator gar from a sandbar in the Arkansas River between Little Rock and North Little Rock. Before the days of dams on the river, it was possible. Grantham, now in his 80s, takes us back to his younger days when he and his fishing buddies hooked and snared alligator gar in the middle of a bustling capital city.
