You are hereby notified that Commissioners of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AGFC offices, 2 Natural Resources Dr. in Little Rock.

Wednesday, March 17 |

| 9 a.m. | Call to order. |
| 9:05 a.m. | Guest speaker – Ronnie Ritter. |
| 9:30 a.m. | Regulations Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room.. |
| 11:30 a.m. | Lunch in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 12:30 p.m. | Property Management/Oil and Gas Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 1:30 p.m. | Research Review Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 2:15 p.m. | Budget Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 2:45 p.m. | Intergovernmental Relations Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 3:45 p.m. | Personnel/Governance Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 6 p.m. | Dinner at Moon Distributors, 2800 Vance St. in Little Rock. |
| Thursday, March 18 | |
| 9 a.m. | Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and health concerns, the AGFC central office meeting areas remain closed to in-person attendance, except by limited individuals necessary to the proceedings (i.e. commissioners, director, representatives of the media, and others as may be determined by the Commission chairman and director). The commission meeting will be live-streamed and held virtually. |
